Hello and welcome!

My name is Emily, and I am a 24-year-old mom from Arizona who just moved to Houston!

Hayden and I were avid and passionate travelers before I got pregnant. This desire to see the world is why we fell in love and is definitely a part of our lives we want to instill in our son. We’ve travelled to over 15 countries between the 2 of us and have many more to add to that list. But we are currently embarking on our biggest adventure: Parenting.

I started this blog as a way to keep my sanity during maternity leave, but it has become so much more to me. I’ve learned it is not always an easy road, especially for younger mothers, but hopefully, I can share some insight and support from my first-time-mom experiences. Everything from travel, pregnancy, working full time, my Birth Story, to breastfeeding, and beyond to who knows where else life will take us. I’m so excited to share a little part of my life with you!
